- Orientation – Free (Information about the goings on at the pageant as well as rules and expectations. Introduction of Judges, Staff, Ambassadors, and Board members. First look at all the contestants)
- Horsemanship – A non-perishable item for the food pantry (Teen and Miss will ride two patterns on two different horses. Princesses to be announced.) Lunch provided for contestants, judges, and staff only.
- Rooftop Round-up – $40 – Hors D’oeuvres and a Cash Bar (Contestants will mingle and have a little “talk show” with our MC)
- Morning Session One – $15 (Contestants will answer a drawn question)
- Alumni Luncheon – $65 Salad, Meal, and dessert (Contestants will answer a generic question and we will have a guest speaker)
- Fashion Show – $100 Cash Bar, Salad, Meal, and Dessert (Contestants will model from some of our sponsors, model their own creations, and answer two questions.)
- Morning Session Two – $15 (Contestants will give their speeches)
- Coronation – $50 Cash Bar and intermission Hors D’oeuvres ( Coronation of all divisions)

Room Reservations for the 2025 Pageant are now open!
Hotel reservations for the nights of 06/16/2025 – 06/21/2025 are open at a rate of $169 per night for single or double occupancy. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay.
Reservations must be made by 05/16/2025 to secure the special room rate.
